With investment emotion is a big factor. It is important to be honest to yourself. Are you an emotional person when it comes to investments? Are you quick to be drawn into a FOMO? Are you likely to have a panic sell when prices drop? Have you done impulse purchases in the past?
When your answer is yes to most of the above, it is best to steer away from the temptation of emotion impacted investment.
I have done so by locking most of my investments and making them difficult to touch. Instead of trading, I put a significant part of my holdings in the hands of transparent and compliant professional traders like CITYUPTAKE and soon also accompanied by PYNK. These are taking care of my funds while generating a nice passive income. With that passive income, I can choose to re-invest or to use it for more risky investments.
Besides CITYUPTAKE and PYNK also nice opportunities are opening up at Cardano, which is soon to be ready for staking as well.
So the monthly decision is now, what to do with my investable money? Crypto or stock? CITYUPTAKE or PYNK?
In the end I know that as long as I am not trying to trade myself, the return on my investment will be good whatever decision I take.
Planning to enter the Fast Bullits Rally Hungary
Today I had a chat with my Tennis trainer while playing. He is the organizer of the first Fast Bullits Rally in Hungary, which is loosely inspired by the Burt Reynolds movie.
The idea is to have a three day Rally through Hungary, driving from city to city while having fun as well. One night the intention is to stay at a go-kart hotel in Kecskemét. This is a hotel with a private go-kart track. Another destination for this rally will be the Hungaro-ring, which is where the Hungarian Formula 1 race is driven every year at the end of July.
The date for this rally is set for somewhere late August in 2020 and the amount of participating cars will be capped at a number of 100.
Further details are still in preparation. But this guy has got my blood pumping. This is a great opportunity to get visibility for all the brands and companies I am supporting. Front and back sponsoring of the car is limited to the logo of the Fast Bullets Hungary rally. But the sides of the car are still open for sponsoring.
I could imagine some of the following logo’s on the side of the car I will be driving through this rally:
A nice opportunity to bring name and fame to the brands which are the chosen ones to ensure my possible early retirement from the corporate world.
But first to find a car!
So far I have been creating clothes mainly for the male part of our society as I have been creating clothes for myself to wear. With the first batches of clothes on the way to my home, I decided it is about time to design clothes for ladies as well.
Therefore having my wife and daughter in mind, I came up with the Dunaföldvár girls shirts.
A nice V-neck lady shirt in two colors with which my ladies can walk through our beautiful little city with pride. The next batch of shirts to arrive will contain a black on for my daughter and a grey one for my wife.
Step by step I am setting up the right micro-climate for my apparel “kingdom”.
With a limited budget it takes a lot of investigation to find a way to set up a shop with a shipping solution and a kind of nice user interface.
At first I checked apparel design sites with the intention to set up a webshop. However the costs are high (300$ / year) and there are no shipping solutions combined with warehousing. So the alternative was to create a website and claim a small shop in a not too accessible clothing Webshop called storenvy.
As storenvy itself is difficult to find and once you find it, it is impossible to find Carpathian Basin, there is the need to drive customers to the webshop and here this website comes in. The other purpose of this website is to create a frame (story) behind the brand,
Than the next question is how to drive traffic to the website? For that on of the solutions is Instagram. So Carpathian Basin Instagram is now live as well!
Thanks for checking me out!
I have just decided to start an online clothing company inspired by my travels and inspired by my home country. Slowly but steadily, I will build up this website as a base of my clothing story.
The name is Carpathian Basin:
